We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at SKANDINAVISK in Copenhagen. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our B2B customers and sales agents, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. You will also develop strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, from receipt to invoicing
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work accurately with data and systems, with attention to detail and precision
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language
