En central rolle med både strategisk og operationel indflydelse

Som Digital Marketing Manager får du det overordnede ansvar for virksomhedens Marketing & Sourcing-aktiviteter. I denne hybrid-funktion vil du lede og udvikle teamet med fokus på at opbygge en stærk, dynamisk og resultatorienteret enhed samtidig med, at du former og styrker den digitale marketingindsats på B2B-markedet.

Du vil få en bred berøringsflade på tværs af organisationen og en varieret hverdag, hvor du blandt andet vil have ansvar for følgende opgaver:

  1. Lede og udvikle Marketing & Sourcing-funktionen i Danmark med fokus på at skabe et stærkt og resultatorienteret team
  2. Støtte medarbejdernes kompetenceudvikling
  3. Drive strategisk planlægning og løbende forbedring af processer og resultater
  4. Udvikle og implementere kreative B2B-kampagner med fokus på leadgenerering og målrettede marketingaktiviteter
  5. Producere engagerende indhold til sociale medier, nyhedsbreve og hjemmesider samt sikre en forbedret brugeroplevelse
  6. Administrere og optimere digitale kampagner på platforme som Meta, LinkedIn og andre kanaler
  7. Analysere og fortolke data fra værktøjer som Piwik Pro og Business Manager med henblik på at optimere marketingindsatsen
  8. Drive og koordinere samarbejdsaftaler med eksterne partnere for at sikre værdiskabende og effektive partnerskaber
Hvem er du som kollega?

Der kan være flere indgangsvinkler til denne stilling, men vi forestiller os, at du har en relevant uddannelse indenfor marketing, branding eller kommunikation og mindst 2 års dokumenteret ledererfaring. Det er afgørende, at du kan støtte medarbejdernes udvikling gennem synlig og engageret ledelse samt sikre effektivitet ved at optimere arbejdsprocesser og balancere opgaver og ansvar.

Dertil ser vi gerne, at du kommer med en stærk faglig baggrund indenfor B2B- og B2C-marketing, hvor du har håndteret opgaver af både strategisk og operationel karakter. Du har en helhedsorienteret tilgang og en solid forståelse for, hvordan strategier både udvikles og implementeres effektivt i praksis. Du er samtidig stærkt motiveret for at udvikle B2B-kampagneområdet samt drive vækst og udvikling inden for dette segment.

Som person kendetegnes du ved at være en ledestjerne, der både kan eksekvere og sætte en klar, faglig retning samtidig med, at du er proaktiv og robust i et dynamisk miljø. Du har en analytisk sans og et strategisk mindset kombineret med en innovativ og pragmatisk tilgang, der sikrer effektive løsninger. Du er samtidig struktureret og tilpasningsdygtig, hvilket gør det muligt for dig at håndtere ændringer med en positiv indstilling, altid med høj integritet og en holistisk forståelse for faget.
