The Role:
As Key Account Manager - Ecommerce Channel Partners, you are the driving force behind growing and replicating our online store at AceZone across all our Ecommerce Channel Partners' online platforms and marketing activations.
You possess a high degree of entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a small organization where you can influence internal as well as external processes. You are eager to learn, patient, and understand that it takes time to create a strong brand presence with resellers.
We build long-standing, trusted relationships with our partners, which involves heavy involvement in their marketing operations and business execution. Our partners' success is our success.
Primary responsibilities of the position include:
- Excellence in sell-out driven Key Account Management to Gaming Specialist Resellers in key markets in Central Europe, ensuring that sales targets are met (DACH/BNL and others).
- Be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up on tailor-made 6-month rolling account activation plans in close collaboration with resellers.
- Drive commercial growth ATL & BTL, including execution of retail campaigns (budget and strategy per retailer), on-site optimization, and deployment of ‘gap-to-target’ activities.
- Have knowledge of different Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO/SEM, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, and Paid Media activities.
- Proficient in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics or equivalents to make data-driven decisions.
- High level understanding of e-commerce site architecture and online merchandising.
- Experience with graphic design and/or banner/asset creation is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of web development/rudimentary HTML is a bonus.
- Development and execution of the European Reseller Partner e-commerce strategy based on the budget.
Qualifications:
- An avid gamer or someone who has a great passion for esports and the gaming industry (a must).
- A positive, outgoing, and optimistic personality who loves interaction with resellers and sees opportunities instead of obstacles.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ KAM experience working with ecommerce resellers in Central & Southern Europe (DACH/FR).
- Good technical understanding and a passion for gaming peripherals and/or high-end audio products.
- Fluent in German and preferably one other main European language.
- Goal & result driven.
- Creative mind which can tailor campaigns to match both AceZone's USP's and retailer sales and marketing platforms.
- Strategic perspective and ability to plan, while preserving a focus on execution/action.
- Flexible/Versatile; Ability to build professional relationships, contributing to a collaborative, fun, and healthy working environment.
