What we’re looking for:
As part of our Account Management team, you will have full ownership of a significant portfolio of existing Templafy customers. The EMEA team consists of two Enterprise Account Manager professionals and four Subscription Managers, who have consistently overperformed over the last few years. They are looking for someone who is curious, friendly, and proactive to join their team.
The role:
The role of the Account Manager is focused on finding scalable and targeted ways of engaging and growing our global customer base. By utilizing data-driven approaches, coordinating outreach efforts with marketing and business development resources, and enabling us to further accelerate implementation and adoption efforts with our customer success and technical delivery teams. You will be the strategic point of contact for your customers, to develop plans for increased penetration across our solutions within your territory, and ultimately generate increased revenue. Your key KPIs will be around retention rate and upsell revenue generation and measured against a quarterly quota.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage 30-50 key accounts, developing and carrying out strategies on account plans.
- Build pipeline and identify new use cases across your book of business.
- Deliver on your portfolio pipeline to deliver maximum revenue potential.
- Supervise and complete complex sales cycles.
- Work cross-functionally with other sales teams.
- Support the onboarding of other teammates and the development of company culture.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of account management or sales experience required.
- Established B2B SaaS sales skills and previous experience selling at scale to enterprise customers.
- Skilled communicator, having built relationships with executives up to the C-Level.
- A consistent record of high achievement in current and/or previous roles meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Aptitude for rapport-building with customer executives and enabling revenue-generating negotiations.
- Motivated colleague comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in MEDDPICC and Command of The Message is an asset.
