Global Paid Search Manager to Demant Hearing Care

At Demant Hearing Care division Audika Group, we are looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to help us take our paid search performance to the next level. About Audika Group
Audika Group is the Hearing Care division of Demant, and we are among the world's leading hearing care retailers with more than 3,000 hearing clinics across 25 markets. Joining our Global Customer Acquisition and Digital Marketing team, we guarantee you an inspiring and motivating job in a highly international environment. You will be working across markets, cultures, and perspectives - in close collaboration with dedicated and supportive colleagues. You will be based at the Demant headquarters in Smørum, a half-an-hour S-train ride away from Copenhagen city centre.

Your role and responsibilities
As our Global Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for improving the performance of our paid search channel in close collaboration with our paid search agency and your local and global colleagues. We expect you to drive the innovation and exploration of the paid search channel and motivate and involve relevant stakeholders and colleagues on paid search tactics and optimizations.

Your key focus areas are:

  • Be overall responsible for the paid search channel in 9 markets - with more to come.
  • Collaborate closely with our web team, analytics team, paid search agency, local & global stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain overall global strategy and plan for development of paid search channels.
  • Refine and implement best practice for the paid search channel across markets.
  • Develop and maintain yearly roadmaps for each market.
  • Improve the commercial performance of investing in paid search channels in each market.
  • Monitor and analyze performance for each market.
  • Optimize paid search channels using all your current and future knowledge.
  • Monthly performance evaluation meetings with markets.
  • Onboard new markets to Global Paid Search program.
  • Help solve challenges and problems related to paid search.

Your profile
As our Global Paid Search Manager, you will play a key role on our team, collaborating with various stakeholders. To ensure your job satisfaction, it's important that you enjoy working in a team environment.

We imagine that you have a profile with most of the characteristics below:

  • You have a positive mind-set and a can-do attitude.
  • You have +5 years of experience in paid search marketing with a proven track record.
  • You have extensive experience with SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and GMB.
  • Experience with Performance Max, YouTube, and Display is an advantage.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with high ambitions and are motivated by innovating and trying new things.
  • You have a curious mindset and like to challenge the status quo.
  • You have a natural interest in new technology related to paid search, and you are eager to try new tools and ways to improve performance.
  • You like to work with skilled colleagues, share insights, and build trust with stakeholders.
  • International experience is a plus.
