As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive outbound lead generation for our Sales team in The Nordics.

To help us achieve this mission we are looking for an energetic Senior Sales Development Representative.

What you’ll do
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force of our sales engine, generating high-quality leads to fuel our growth in the Nordic markets. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in software sales, collaborate with our dynamic Sales and Marketing teams, and make a real impact.

By working according to the CM.com Sales Methodology, you will be responsible for educating, qualifying and developing new target accounts.

You will have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and create sales-ready leads and opportunities for products such as SMS, Customer Engagement Platform, Omnichannel Communication Channels, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AI Cloud.

In addition to this, you will:

  • Generate and qualify leads for products like SMS/ Omnichannel Solutions, and AI-driven messaging & service/marketing cloud.
  • Research prospects, connect with decision-makers, and identify key business needs.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation tools to optimize your outreach.
  • Engage with potential clients through personalized emails, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Executives to refine strategies and close deals.
Job requirements

  • Your communication skills are above market standards.
  • Great social and convincing skills.
  • You are extremely curious, eager to learn and enjoy actively listening to your conversation partner.
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in another Nordic Country language, preferably, Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian is required

And you are located within travel distance of our Copenhagen Office (In the heart of the city center).
