Customer Engagement Management har ansvaret for at levere IT-løsninger, der støtter Nykredits rådgivere i at opbygge og vedligeholde gode kundeforhold. Vi leverer systemer og løsninger, der forbedrer kundeservice og salgsprocesser – både gennem egne løsninger og via tredjepartsleverandører. I tæt samarbejde med vores leverandører hos Scoutz sikrer du effektive fællesløsninger med partnerbanker.

Du leder et team på 14 medarbejdere og refererer til Development Manager, Eva Aaboe Jensen. Teamet består af forretningsanalytikere og udviklere og din rolle er at sikre at teamets leverancer flugter med Nykredits arkitektur og strategi og løser forretningens krav.

Sæt retning og skab sammenhæng i et komplekst landskab af systemer og samarbejdspartnere
Som Development Lead er du forretningens teknologiske partner og har ansvaret for drifts- og udviklingsbehovene i dit område. Du står med det fulde HR- og ledelsesansvar for teamet og sikrer gennem din ledelse både effektivitet og høj medarbejdertilfredshed.
Dine nøgleopgaver bliver at:

  • opbygge og lede et high-performing team, der leverer effektivt på backloggen
  • tage ansvar for teamets trivsel og sikre en motiverende arbejdskultur
  • sikre kvalitet, overholdelse af standarder og compliance-krav
  • sikre, at udviklingen følger arkitektoniske principper og retningslinjer
  • håndtere rekruttering og løbende performanceopfølgning
  • facilitere godt samarbejde med forretningsrelevante stakeholders
  • sikre et gnidningsfrit samarbejde med leverandører af løsninger
  • understøtte agile udviklingsmetoder og sikre en strømlinet udviklingsportefølje
  • bidrage med kompetent teknisk sparring til Product Owner og andre forretningspartnere.

Flydende dansk og engelsk på et forretningsmæssigt og teknisk højt niveau er en forudsætning for rollen. En IT-baggrund, teknologisk indsigt og kendskab til bankforretningen vil være en fordel. Stillingen er placeret i København, men der vil være mindre rejseaktivitet til Warszawa og Aalborg.

Du er handledygtig og initiativrig og du forstår, hvordan dine beslutninger både understøtter teamets trivsel og virksomhedens overordnede mål.
