DIN ROLLE

Som salgschef hos Beck A/S bliver du ansvarlig for at lede og udvikle salgsafdelingen. Du skal opbygge strukturer og systemer, der understøtter væksten, samtidig med at du motiverer og udvikler dine sælgere. Rollen giver dig desuden mulighed for at præge virksomhedens retning - både strategisk og operationelt - og er en unik mulighed for at positionere dig som et medlem i den øversteledels.

ANSVARSOMRÅDER

• Daglig ledelse af salgsafdelingen, herunder tre eksterne sælgere.

• Udvikling af salgsstrategier og opfølgning på mål og KPI’er.

• Implementering af strukturer og systemer, der skaber overblik og fremdrift.

• Opbygning af tætte relationer til kunder og samarbejdspartnere.

• Sparring med virksomhedens ejere om fremtidige strategiske initiativer.

VI LEDER EFTER DIG, DER:

• Har erfaring med salgsledelse og kan sætte en klar retning.

• Har en baggrund inden for salg, ledelse eller forretningsudvikling.

• Er teknisk stærk og har evnen til hurtigt at forstå komplekse produkter og løsninger.

• Kan motivere og inspirere et salgsteam og skabe følgeskab gennem empati og handlekraft.

• Er løsningsorienteret og formår at håndtere udfordringer effektivt og konstruktivt.

Det er en fordel, hvis du også har:

• Erfaring med at arbejde i en teknisk branche som VVS, ventilation eller bygge og anlæg.

• Erfaring med opbygning af salgsprocesser og systemer.
