Are you passionate about process optimization, visualizing the right data, familiarizing yourself with new tools and analyses as well as forecasts? Then you've come to the right place, because we're looking for someone who has our Sales Operations for the NCE Europe region under control.

Key responsibilities

  • Continuous digitalization, further development and automation of our processes like creating and maintaining business dashboards cross systems
  • Supporting Sales cadency by joint implementation of sales planning and forecasting with the sales team
  • Creation of reports and analyses for continuous optimization of sales processes & sales compensation
  • Ensuring the Contract Management & Pricing Management
  • Interface function between Sales, Marketing, Consulting & Finance
  • Supporting the introduction and development of our new CRM (Salesforce)
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/sales operations/ CRM Manager or similar position
  • Experience in working closely with sales teams and a good understanding of the dynamic in a sales organization

Desired skills and competencies

  • Profound knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM is essential, further experience in sales tools (like Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Expert developed skills within Excel (Expert skills) and PowerBI (knowledge)
  • You are a proactive, energetic and collaborative person with a mindset for service
  • You are a strong communicator in English and Danish
