I Sweco bliver du en del af divisionen for Digital drift & forvaltning, hvor du får omkring 140 engagerede og kompetente kollegaer. Vi er forankret i teknologien, og vores vigtigste opgave er at forstå kundernes behov og omsætte deres komplekse hverdag til digitale løsninger. Det gør vi ved at bringe gennemtænkte, smarte og intuitive produkter på markedet, hvilket bidrager til mere bæredygtige byer, et bedre klima og et renere miljø.

Stillingen er placeret i vores Softwareafdeling, specifikt i vores Kundesucces team, hvor vi hver dag arbejder for at give vores kunder den bedste kundeoplevelse og høj kundetilfredshed samt sikre, at vores kunder får mest muligt ud af deres investering hos os. Vi er en afdeling, der lægger stor vægt på udvikling, samarbejde og tværfaglighed – og som sætter pris på nye perspektiver og ideer. Din rolle:
Som supportkonsulent i Kundesucces teamet er du vores ansigt udadtil, og derfor en central og vigtig rolle ift. at skabe gode kunderelationer. Du er et bindeled mellem vores kunder og resten af organisationen. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med dine andre kolleger i Kundesucces og med andre i afdelingen for at sikre, at vores kunder får den bedste oplevelse med vores produkter. Som supportkonsulent hos os vil du møde mange forskellige kunder og problemstillinger. Du vil aldrig stå alene, og vil altid have opbakning fra en stor organisation.

Dine arbejdsopgaver er blandt andet:

  • Fejlsøgning i vores eget miljø
  • Kommunikation med kunder og interne interessenter
  • Kundepleje, herunder løbende opfølgning og support
  • Sikre en god overgang mellem brugerne og udviklingsteamet

Kompetencer og kvaliteter:
Vi er på udkig efter en nysgerrig supportkonsulent med gode kommunikationsevner og en god teknisk forståelse. Du har en systematisk og analytisk tilgang til opgaverne, og dit mindset er gearet til at give alle en god brugeroplevelse. Det er en fordel, hvis du har konkret erfaring med vores GIS system, Spatial Suite, men det er ikke et krav.

Vi ser gerne, at du har følgende kompetencer og kvaliteter:

  • Du kommer med en stærk IT-baggrund
  • Du har erfaring med implementering af softwareløsninger
  • Du har et godt kendskab til XML og Java
  • Du har erfaring med at sætte dig ind i en kundes situation og behov, og du kan dokumentere deres udfordringer på en klar og præcis måde
  • Du kommunikerer venligt og professionelt med kunderne, både mundtligt og skriftligt, og du stiller relevante spørgsmål for at øge din forståelse og skabe tillid

Som person er du en dygtig og struktureret problemløser, der hurtigt og effektivt kan analysere, identificere og løse kundernes problemer med vores tekniske systemer. Du er en god holdspiller, der kan samarbejde med dine andre kolleger i Kundesucces og med andre afdelinger i organisationen. Du er initiativrig, og du kan håndtere flere opgaver på samme tid uden at miste overblikket. Derudover ser vi gerne, at du er lærenem og nysgerrig, og at du løbende holder dig opdateret om nye teknologier og ændringer i vores IT-løsninger.
