Business Account Manager, Neurology

This is a brand new role, joining Neuraxpharm to help launch a new product for Multiple Sclerosis in Denmark (and the Nordic region), responsible for the development of key customers and accounts to ensure long term success of the MS portfolio.
In collaboration with the Medical Manager and General Manager you’ll shape and execute the brand plan, and build strong relationships between Neuraxpharm and key accounts, supporting the launch and commercialization of products.
Your major accountabilities:- Responsible for the distribution and promotion of existing products and/or introduction of new products in the field of Multiple Sclerosis and Neurology in compliance with marketing and sales strategy
- Achievement of sales targets such as market share, sales, customer facing time and territory coverage, as well as qualitative goals with regular monitoring and reporting
- Shape and execute marketing & educational materials tailored to the Danish market, based on a solid understanding of Key customer needs through interaction with Doctors, Nurses, Patient associations and Hospitals
- Establishment and expansion of network/relationships with key customers and opinion leaders. And in close cooperation and coordination with the Medical Manager in the area
- Conducting of territory, competitor and customer analyses and application of analytical tools such as customer segmentation, potential analysis, targeting as well as the preparation of customer action plans
- Participation in training, education courses and conferences for continuous professional development. Updating customer master data, documentation, and administration
- Certified pharmaceutical representative in Denmark and relevant marketing/commercial/natural sciences academic background
- 3 years minimum and 5 years ideally of work as Key Account Manager and/or in a pharmaceutical sales force with a focus on Multiple Sclerosis
- Existing contacts with the MS customer base
- Any prior experience in pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage as this is a hybrid role, although emphasis on sales and customer facing
- In-depth knowledge of the content of the health policy environment in the pharmaceutical market
- Key Capabilities: Communication, leadership, initiative with hands-on mentality
- The role is expected to be 80% customer facing including ability to travel overnight and occasionally on weekends, all as business requires
- Fluent in Danish and proficient in English
