Exportafdeling hos Danæg Products A/S
Som Account Manager Export får du ansvaret for at indtræde på en række nye markeder samt pleje og vedligeholde allerede eksisterende kunder og importører. Dit primære mål bliver at styrke vores markedsposition og selvstændigt kunne forstå at vækste eksportsalget til nye højder. Du besidder derfor et fighter- og konkurrencegen, som kun styrkes, når udfordringerne er svære. Med udgangspunkt i vores nuværende produktportofølje og samarbejde med produktionsudviklingsafdelingen bidrager du også med markedsinput og nye idéer til udvikling af vores produktter.
Primære opgaver og ansvarsområder
- B-t-B i fødevareindustrien
- Forhandling, kampagneplanlægning og salgsforecast
- Proaktivt at opdyrke nye salgsmuligheder samt etablere og vedligeholde kundeforhold
- Repræsentation på internationale messer og konferencer
- Udarbejde marked- og kundeanalyser, handlingsplaner og budgetter
Din profil
- Minimum 2-4 års erfaring fra export salg (gerne i fødevarebranchen)
- Skarp i MS Office pakken
- Besidder gode og konstruktive kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner
- Er dygtig til forhandling på engelsk og solid færdighed i et andet sprog vil være en fordel
- Trives med et højt aktivitetsniveau
- Er robust, pålidelig og udadvendt med positiv og smittende energi
Som person er du kendetegnet ved et stærkt personligt drive, og du motiveres af udfordringer såvel som resultater. Med en selvstændig indgangsvinkel til opgaverne arbejder du resultatorienteret og målrettet. Den perfekte baggrund er formentlig fra salg og eksport og f.eks. fra en stilling som export koordinator, hvor du nu er klar til at komme ud i marken, som 100% sælger. Du har sans for det gode købmandskab, udstråling og gennemslagskraft. Hertil kommer, at du er en dygtig forhandler, som ser muligheder frem for begrænsninger. Du tager fuldt ejerskab for dine ansvarsområder og forstår vigtigheden af at være fleksibel, for at komme i mål med opgaverne. Du har et internationalt perspektiv og er glad for rejseaktivitet, som er ca. 50-70 rejsedage.
