Som Customer Success Manager bliver du ansvarlig for at skabe en god og tillidsfuld eftersalgsrelation med vores kunder, sikre deres tilfredshed og succes med vores løsninger.
Med din naturlige evne for at forstå og analysere kundens behov, er du i stand til at handle proaktivt og sætte aktiviteter i gang for at løse dem. Du bliver en del af ERFA-grupper, kundedialoger og læringsprojekter for at sikre, at vi hos Raptor altid er på forkant med kundens mål og ønsker – og har hvad der skal til for at komme dem i møde.
Hos Raptor prioriterer vi trivsel, og derfor fokuserer vi kontinuerligt på personlig og faglig udvikling. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med teamet om daglige opgaver, men du vil have mange berøringsflader med resten af organisationen i dit daglige arbejde.
Dine primære arbejdsopgaver- Proaktivt at styre og pleje kunderelationer for at fremme adoption og fastholdelse
- Forstå og forudse kundernes mål og behov – og yde den support og vejledning , de har brug for
- Vedligeholde lse af database ( H ubspot ) over kunder, kontakter og vigtige kontoinformationer
- Samarbejde med vores salgs- og produktteams for at sikre, at kunderne får en god start og fortsat support
- Give input til forbedringer af vores produkter baseret på din kundeindsigt
- Rapportere vigtige nøgletal og sikre feedbackloops mellem salgs- og produktteams
- Tidligere erfaring i en kundevendt rolle, gerne inden for Customer Success eller Account Management
- Stærke kommunikations- og relationsskabende evner med sans for at opbygge tillid og troværdighed med kunderne
- Interesse for software og basiskendskab til marketingteknologi og Customer Data Platform (CDP) er en fordel, men ikke et krav
- Selvmotivation og en proaktiv, kundefokuseret tilgang.
- Flydende engelsk og dansk sprog, både skriftligt og mundtligt
Du vil blive en vigtig del af vores Customer Success – team, som i dag består af 4 dygtige kolleger, der er ansvarlige for at sikre , at vores kunder er glade og får mest muligt ud af vores produkter. Vi arbejder på at bygge gode, langvarige relationer med vores kunder, og vi graver dybt for at forstå deres behov.
