Who are we?

At Bazoom Group we work with link building (a part of SEO), where we help agencies, international market leading operators and affiliates (and everyone in between) with strategy and execution of link building. We are a dynamic and agile Scandinavian company with a Nordic mindset and worldwide ambitions. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work at our office in the centre of Aarhus, servicing our worldwide clients and suppliers.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work in close collaboration with and support one or more of our Client Managers, lifting their communication-oriented tasks in order for them to focus entirely on sales. You will play a vital role in the organisation as you will communicate with media and clients worldwide as well as internally, ensuring that all parties have the information they need at all times and that all processes run as planned.

You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and join a team of 13 ambitious fulltime and partime, skilled and helpful colleagues working in Aarhus, Spain and Lithuania. You will be able to work closely with the team and your colleagues working remote or from the headquarter in Aarhus C with approximately 25 employees.

And you

  • Master English at an advanced level, both in writing and speaking
  • Preferably have some years of experience working in an administrative role with coordination, customer service or sales or an education within the field
  • Are very organised and structured
  • Enjoy following tasks through to completion with attention to detail
  • Have great IT skills
  • Are enthusiastic, driven and ambitious
