We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the DACH region with a clear focus on the German market. We are looking for a goal-oriented person with a background in sales to grow the DACH region, secure new sales, and manage current accounts.
Together with a small dedicated team, you will execute our sales and growth strategy and work with brand development, portfolio management, and be in charge of the sales to the DACH region while working closely with the sales department, which you will be a part of.
About UsThe Organic Crave is located in Odense where we develop new innovative snack solutions for the global market. We want to create better options for healthy living, doing it in an unseen, unique, and revolutionary way.
We are a small but ambitious team, working on expanding The Organic Crave to international standards and penetrate new markets. At the moment, we sell our products to the Nordic markets, as well as The Netherlands and Germany.

We expect you to be the following:
- You’re structured with your own time and when it comes to planning.
- You’re okay with being on the road.
- You have experience with sales and KAM work.
- You are able to think creatively and out of the box.
You will be working with:
- Managing KAM functions in DACH.
- Managing leads in a structured way and securing new accounts.
- Participating in exhibitions and fairs.
- Working closely with the rest of the team to create the right sales material.
- Co-developing and executing on sales and growth strategies nationally.
The Organic Crave will provide you with a flexible, creative, and open-minded workplace where you will be in charge of our marketing department. You will become part of our journey from startup to scale-up where you will work with graphic design, brand activations/developments, and build our marketing foundation.
