PIM Sales Manager with Focus on UK/NL for Struct A/S

What you'll do

As our PIM Sales Manager for the UK/Benelux, you’ll be instrumental in growing our market presence. Specifically, you will:

  • Drive sales of our PIM platform across the UK or Benelux, owning and developing relationships in your region.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with new clients and partners, especially digital agencies and strategic channel partners.
  • Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, helping to establish Struct as a leader in your market.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance using data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and drive success.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and sales colleagues, sharing valuable market insights to help shape our overall strategy.
What we're looking for

You’re a tech-savvy, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Ideally, you bring:

  • Proven experience in tech sales with a track record of exceeding targets, ideally in the PIM, CMS, CRM, Ecommerce, or DAM sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that build trust and lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • A data-driven approach and experience with CRM tools to drive efficiency and track your success.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that lets you adapt, innovate, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong network of digital agencies (considered a plus) and a strategic approach to partnership building.
  • Your personality matters. Your attitude and willingness to support colleagues are key to a great cultural fit at Struct.
