Imagine a puzzle in the sky where drones must navigate complex airspace without colliding with other drones, objects or airspace users. The rapid expansion of the drone industry has led to significant challenges and concerns, such as the increased risk of mid-air collisions and congestion in our airspace.As a leader in the industry, we are committed to upholding the highest quality and are dedicated to delivering the most reliable and advanced Digital Air Traffic Control solution.

We are looking for a highly skilled Delivery Manager with experience in software and product delivery to join our ambitious and professional team in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities:

·Ensure on-time delivery by leading the product delivery process and schedules.

·Set and track key milestones to ensure alignment with the project plan.

·Facilitate cross-team collaboration to achieve delivery objectives.

·Identify and resolve any obstacles to meet deadlines.

·Act as the main contact for customers, providing regular updates.

·Communicate delivery timelines and manage customer expectations.

·Address and resolve customer concerns during the project.

·Proactively identify risks and create mitigation plans.

·Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management.

·Manage post-delivery issues efficiently.

·Ensure compliance with SLAs and contract terms.

Qualifications:

·Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

·5+ years of experience in software project delivery and customer-facing roles.

·Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; certification in project management preferred.

·Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

·Experience or knowledge in drones or aerospace technology.
