Om jobbet

Du vil i dagligdagen som supporter få til opgave at understøtte vores sektionschef og Service Delivery managers i udførslen af deres opgaver, drive initiativer og sikre fremdriften.

Sektionen Signalling Platforms er en central del af Signalprogrammet. Her får du en bred kontaktflade og din hverdag vil indeholde rigtig meget kommunikation og samarbejde på tværs, af såvel eksterne og interne samarbejdsrelationer i hele Banedanmark. Du skal derfor være omstillingsparat, og trives med at arbejde både selvstændigt og sammen med dine kollegaer.

Jobbet omfatter blandt andet, men er ikke begrænset til:

  • Projektkoordinering af mindre aktiviteter
  • Udarbejde analyser, rapporter og præsentationer
  • Mødebooking, kalenderstyring, forberedelse af mødeaktiviteter
  • Varetage referater ved mødedeltagelse
  • Kommunikere internt/eksternt i sektionen og til vores leverandør
  • SharePoint superbruger opgaver
  • Sikring af indsats- og beredskabsplaner
  • Bidrage med at udvikle og optimere processer
  • Bestillinger ved indkøb og fakturahåndtering
  • Andre administrative ad hoc-opgaver

Om dig

Du er systematisk og trives med at planlægge, strukturere og prioritere opgaverne. Du kan samarbejde med både tekniske specialister og ledere. Du arbejder selvstændigt med dine opgaver, og tager selv initiativ og eksekverer. Du er i stand til at tænke analytisk, er serviceminded og god til at formidle og kommunikere – også de tekniske og vanskelige emner på en let og forståelig måde. Du motiveres af både større og mindre opgaver og har blik for, at det ofte er de små ting, der kan gøre en forskel. Herudover evner du at have mange samtidige aktiviteter og du forstår at navigere i en til tider travl hverdag. Det er en fordel, men ikke et krav, hvis du har erfaring fra lignende stillinger, og muligvis har kendskab, ITIL, Prince2 og ISO2700x. Vi arbejder i et miljø, hvor vi har medarbejdere af forskellige nationaliteter, derfor er det en fordel hvis du er god til at kommunikere i skrift og tale på engelsk, dog foregår det meste på dansk i hverdagen.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår

Som akademiker ansættes du efter gældende overenskomst mellem Skatteministeriet og AC.

For HK er ansættelsen omfattet af Fællesoverenskomsten mellem Skatteministeriet og Offentligt Ansattes Organisationer – Det statslige område og Organisationsaftalen mellem Skatteministeriet og HK/STAT, Danmark samt protokollat for kontorfunktionærer ansat ved Banedanmark. Som udgangspunkt er stillingen placeret i løngruppe 3, sats 1.

For både AC og HK gælder det, at den endelige løn fastsættes på baggrund af dine erfaringer og kvalifikationer. Udover basislønnen kommer pension og eventuelle lokale tillæg.
