Om BeWo:

BeWo (BetterWorld) er en SaaS startup, der har udviklet en AI-drevet platform til at hjælpe virksomheder med ESG-rapportering. ESG-rapportering er blevet uundgåelig for de fleste virksomheder, enten på grund af krav fra deres kunder eller EU-lovgivning. Fra 2024 skal over 50.000 virksomheder i EU rapportere om ESG.

Mange virksomheder finder det udfordrende at rapportere om 'E' i ESG, især Scope 3, da det involverer ustrukturerede data fra alle virksomhedens leverandører. Vores mission er at automatisere denne proces, så virksomhederne kan bruge deres tid på at reducere emissioner i stedet for at rapportere dem.

Om rollen:

Som Customer Success Manager kommer du til at spille en afgørende rolle i vores kommercielle skalering. Vi søger en person, der er:

  • Stærk analytisk og glad for at skrive guides og sætte ting i proces.

  • Utroligt gå-på-mod i at tage vores kundeoplevelse til et helt nyt niveau. Du er klar på at skabe fundamentet for vores customer success afdeling.

  • Løsningsorienteret og ser problemer som en udfordring, der skal overkommes.

  • I stand til at arbejde tæt sammen med partnere for at oplære dem i, hvordan de bedst kan hjælpe vores kunder.

  • Selvstændig og målrettet i din tilgang.

  • Metodisk i din tilgang til at få kunderne helt i mål med onboarding.

  • Stærke kommunikationsfærdigheder, både skriftligt og mundtligt.

  • Det er et plus, hvis du har et skarpt øje til ESG og dyb forståelse for de udfordringer, virksomheder har på deres bæredygtighedsrejse.

Dine opgaver:
  • Onboarde vores kunder på vores produkt i samspil med vores partnere.

  • Opbygge et videnscenter for onboarding og customer success.

  • Sætte vores løbende kundekontakt og produkt nyheder i proces.

  • Etablere og vedligeholde et effektivt feedback-loop mellem kunder og produktteamet for at sikre, at kundernes behov og udfordringer hurtigt bliver adresseret i produktudviklingen.

  • Med tiden, være med til at opbygge vores customer success område.

Kvalifikationer:
  • 3+ års erfaring med onboarding af kunder på tekniske SaaS løsninger.

  • Stærk erfaring med at hjælpe kunder i gang, få feedback og løbende opfølgning.

  • Erfaring med CRM-værktøjer, især HubSpot.

  • Fremragende kundeservicefærdigheder.

  • 100% fleksibilitet med arbejdstiden og hjemmearbejde.

  • Flydende i både dansk og engelsk, skriftligt og mundtligt.
