About the Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to lead a small agile team of Customer Success Managers, working closely together to ensure long-standing relationships with our customers and drive lasting value. The team works with shared and individual KPIs and has the empowerment to implement new initiatives themselves.

  • Take responsibility for your own KPIs and the team's KPIs.
  • Be a leader for your team, drive performance talks, and help them grow as Customer Success Managers.
  • Align with management and the other Teamleads on future initiatives for the Customer Success teams and department as a whole.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. They will also have experience improving and optimising processes like implementation, integrations, or customer feedback collection.
