Burst er en performance-baseret influencer-platform, hvor brands kun betaler for de views, de får. Vi hjælper nogle af Danmarks mest omtalte brands med at skalere deres influencer-kampagner effektivt og resultatorienteret.

Som Customer Success Manager bliver du det afgørende bindeled mellem vores kunder og platformen – du sikrer, at de får maksimalt udbytte af deres kampagner og opnår stærke resultater.
- Rådgive brands om den bedste tilgang til influencer marketing baseret på data og best practices
- Sikre en gnidningsfri onboarding af nye kunder og hjælpe dem med at få fuldt udbytte af platformen
- Overvåge kampagne-performance og komme med proaktive anbefalinger for at optimere resultater
- Samarbejde tæt med skabere og brands for at sikre, at kampagner lever op til deres mål
- Dykke ned i kampagnedata og rapportere tilbage til brands med actionable insights
Hvem er du?
- Du har erfaring med influencer marketing, digital marketing eller SaaS-kundesupport
- Du er analytisk og datadrevet – du forstår vigtigheden af KPI'er som views, watch time og engagement
- Du er serviceminded og en stærk kommunikator – du elsker at hjælpe kunder og bygge relationer
- Du trives i et startup-miljø, hvor tingene går stærkt, og hvor du kan være med til at udvikle processer
