You will work closely with the 11 wonderful people in our team – and the other 600 people in Vipps MobilePay. We’re seated across four offices in three countries, and you’ll be the other half of our dream team in Copenhagen or Aarhus that currently consists of one Danish people colleague in each place.

Responsibilities:

  • Superuser on payroll, reporting and approving monthly changes to vendor.
  • Point of contact for employees regarding payroll related questions.
  • Maintain and administrate employee benefits such as insurances.
  • Maintain and administrate HRIS system (bob).
  • Help-out with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Drafting of employee contracts and addendums.
  • Strengthen quality of People metrics and analytics in bob (HRIS).
  • You will for the most part focus on Denmark and work closely with our People Partner and People Specialist for Denmark.

Skills & Requirements:
This is you:

  • We hope you have some work experience from HR or admin roles but we would also love to hear from you if you are freshly graduated from a relevant education.
  • You care deeply about building awesome people experience and removing hassle in processes everywhere you can.
  • You’re attentive to details and understand the need for quality in our people data and people processes.
  • You are self-driven, bring your ideas to the table and collaborate with others to see them through.
  • You are an organiser and process improver and not afraid to flash it.
  • You speak up when you disagree or don’t get it.
  • And finally, you are service-minded.
