Core Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Nurture capabilities and drive the growth and personal development of resources in the competency area
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Role model professional standards/work methodology within the competency area
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Nurture learning mindset across competency area by setting up interaction and knowledge sharing within the group and across product teams
  • Resource Planning & Allocation: Enable product teams to meet business needs by allocating resources based on strategic priorities
  • Drive Motivation & Satisfaction: Maintain a highly skilled and motivated competency area by making staffing decisions with the help of the people partner

Do you have what it takes?

  • Technical Experience & Expertise: Extensive background within SAP Enterprise Resource Planning systems and architecture, primarily from discrete manufacturing industry
  • SAP & Agile Skills: Understanding of the SAP Logistics modules and understanding of Domain Driven Design principles. Familiarity with Agile development methods and continuous delivery
  • Communication & Planning: Strong communication skills with proven planning and time management abilities
  • Adaptability & Teamwork: Ready for change, thrive in a flexible environment, and value diversity and teamwork

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience within people management
  • Configuration experience with the following SAP modules within SAP ERP:
    • Production Planning (Discrete Manufacturing)
    • Plant Maintenance / Asset Management
    • Quality Management
    • Logistics Execution
    • Materials Management (Inventory Management)
    • Advanced Available-to-Promise (or Global Available-to-Promise)
  • SAP S/4HANA Implementation Experience
  • Advisory experience with senior IT groups is a plus
