Ansvarsområder og hvem vi søgerVi vil som sagt give vores kunder en oplevelse i verdensklasse når de kontakter os for support. Det handler ikke bare om at løse problemet; det handler om at overgå kundens forventninger ved at forstå værdien af empati, forståelse og personlighed. Vi tror på ”hire for attitude, train for skill” så hvad du end har gjort tidligere er mindre vigtigt. Det vigtigste for os er, at du har en vilje til at lære, et stærkt ønske om at yde en service ud over det sædvanlige og, at du er positiv, åben og udadvendt.
Din vigtigste opgave vil være at tage imod kunder via chat, e-mail og telefon for at hjælpe dem med alle mulige tekniske (og under tiden mindre tekniske) problemer og for at sikre, at den kunde du taler med, har den rigtige pakke, har de rigtige produkter og ikke går glip af noget fra os.

- Teknisk forståelse samt kendskab til WordPress på bruger- og administrationsniveau
- Erfaring fra kundeservice, support eller salg er et plus, men ikke et krav
- Tålmodig, kan håndtere stress og er god til at tilpasse sig forandringer
- Målrettet ”vinder” der drives af at slå de gængse forventninger
- God evne til at tage feedback og coaching for at udvikles
- Kundefokuseret og med et stærkt ønske om at hjælpe
- Fleksibel og med evnen til at tænke uden for boksen
- Positiv og ”glasset er halvt fyldt” attitude
- Grundlæggende IT-færdigheder
- Stor vilje til at lære
- Ydmyg
Stillingen er på fuld tid med 37,5 timer om ugen. Din arbejdstid planlægges på en ugentlig plan med 7,5 timer hver dag, ekskl. frokost, i nogle tilfælde forventes du at arbejde i weekender. Startlønnen vil være DKK 23.000 pr. måned med mulighed for opstart hurtigst muligt
Vi tilbyder en hybrid arbejdsmodel, men de første par måneder af din ansættelse vil du arbejde 100 % på kontoret for at sikre en grundig oplæring og introduktion.
