Nicotinell ranks among the top 15 biggest brands among all OTC brands in Europe (excluding Russia, Italy) and ranks No.32 among all OTC global brands (excluding USA).

The current business is €250mn globally and will form the foundation of Dr. Reddy’s future consumer health platform.

We are seeking an experienced brand manager with an entrepreneurial and open mindset to lead and drive brand strategy and growth across the Nordics and Netherlands.

The Brand manager will be responsible for driving growth and penetration of Nicotinell in the relevant countries within Nordics & Netherlands, supporting the company’s mission to help individuals out of a nicotine addiction through effective nicotine replacement therapies.

The Brand Manager (BM) will develop and implement the brand plans (new products launch, marketing activities, assets & toolkits) required to deliver against targets.

The BM will be responsible for establishing lasting relationships with relevant external stakeholders (relevant health organizations, medical experts, and HCPs).

The BM will work closely with the digital marketing manager and the local commercial teams in each country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt and localize marketing strategies & executable marketing/business plans to drive sales and market shares
  • Brand fundamentals and digital media strategies/activation adapted from global master brand plan
  • Drive campaigns & programs that will enhance brand image among target segments (consumers & experts)
  • Identify strategic opportunities to grow brand leadership in core segments and channels
  • Leverage market dynamics and deep consumer understanding to create innovative marketing activities

Communication and Activation

  • Develop local and/or adapt global communication assets on core target groups (Consumers, HCPs, Trade)
  • Develop targeted communication programs towards HCP specialists, leveraging global toolkits and PR events
  • Develop state-of-the-art digital media strategies and plans together with the digital Manager
  • In collaboration with the commercial team deliver effective customer promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions and visibility initiatives to enhance brand presence.
  • Ensure correct localization, in terms of language and according to local HA regulations.

Analytics and insights

  • Track consumption metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback to optimize results.
  • Leverage market dynamics and deep consumer understanding to create innovative marketing plans
  • Identify & develop incremental business opportunities such as private label & tenders, e-commerce.

Organisation

  • Communicate with all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in of marketing plans and priorities
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization to reflect their business needs into marketing plans
  • Take active part in creating and driving marketing excellence and team spirit in the Nordic & Netherlands marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Consumer Health (over the counter) marketing function
  • Fluent in at least one local and English languages
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, & storytelling capabilities.
  • Good understanding of Regulatory and Medical aspects of OTC
  • Experience working with experts (pharmacies, HCPs)
  • Strong experience with digital (strategy, monitoring, data analytics) – good exposure to e-commerce
  • Analytical skills – the ability to use and analyze data to drive improvement (Consumption data – Finance data)
  • Self-starter and self-driven
  • High agility level acting with speed - has courage to take appropriate risks.
  • Strong creativity – thinks out of the box – creates solutions even if challenging.
  • Can easily navigate in ambiguous environments and intensely rely on intuition to drive ideas – can effectively bring strong rationale to intuition.
  • Externally focused - driven by adding value to consumers and customers.
