Som Internal Control Coordinator har du en afgørende rolle i at sikre, at organisationen navigerer sikkert og effektivt. Du er garanten for, at vores kontroller fungerer og er implementeret optimalt, så vi reducerer risici, overholder lovgivningen og driver en sund forretning.

Du kan se frem til en omskifteligt arbejdsdag med varierende opgaver bl.a.:

  • Koordinering og understøttelse af den lokale implementering af vores globale program for interne kontroller samt relevante politikker.
  • Understøttelse af forretningen i udviklingen og beskrivelsen af effektive processer og procedurer relateret til vores kontroller.
  • Agere som ekspert og underviser i vores interne kontrolprogram og det tilhørende IT-system.
  • Effektivisering af de interne kontroller med dertilhørende monitorering og opfølgning i samarbejde med virksomhedens ledelsesgruppe.
  • Lokal koordinator og operational projektleder på besvarelse og opfølgning på interne såvel som eksterne audit findings.
  • Rapportere interne kontroller, audits mv. til interne udvalg og ledelsesgrupper - både lokalt og globalt.
  • Deltagelse i promoveringen af en sund og stærk Risk & Compliance kultur herunder udbrede kendskab til ikke-finansielle risici.
  • Efter behov deltage i risk og compliance aktiviteter, der ligger indenfor Risk & Compliance teamets opgaveportefølje.

Systematik, overblik og struktur er din force
Som person har du forståelse for vigtigheden af den interne kontrol af virksomheden. Du brænder for dét, du laver, og besidder en høj faglig integritet.

Derudover forestiller vi os, at du:

  • Har en relevant kandidat- eller bachelorgrad inden for f.eks. Business Administration, revision eller anden merkantil uddannelse. Relevante certificeringer som f.eks. CIA vægter positivt.
  • Har erfaring fra interne eller eksterne revisionsopgaver.
  • Besidder en grundlæggende forståelse for risk management samt erfaring med at vurdere og håndtere potentielle risici. Erfaring med projektarbejde er desuden en fordel.
  • Går analytisk og pragmatisk til dine opgaver.
  • Evner at holde en ordenligt struktur og et køligt overblik – også når tingene går stærkt og der opstår forandringer.
  • Har fremragende kommunikationsevner og formår at formidle komplekst materiale til relevante interessenter.
  • Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk.
