About the Role

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join its Fill & Finish Expansions department. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile capacity expansion project, driving change in the pharmaceutical industry and impacting the lives of millions of patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control project schedules, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project databases, analyzing performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and functional line representatives to drive project planning and execution.
  • Oversee resource planning, from establishing project resourcing plans to analyzing scenario planning.
  • Maintain accurate time schedules and ensure seamless project coordination.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance Management, Construction, or a related field.
  • Extensive project management experience in building and developing projects in engineering production/construction.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, such as OPC, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, liaising with senior stakeholders and building effective relationships.
