Hydro Extrusion Denmark A/S er en del af Hydro ASA, som er et norsk børsnoteret industriselskab. Hydro ejer og driver flere forskellige virksomheder og har foretaget investeringer med bæredygtige industrier som basis. Hydro er gennem sine virksomheder involveret i en bred vifte af markedssegmenter for aluminium, energi, genbrug af metal, vedvarende energi og batterier.

Hydro Extrusion har verdens mest omfattende ekstruderingsbaserede aktiviteter med over 100 produktionsanlæg og betydelige aktiviteter i Europa, Nordamerika, Sydamerika og Asien.

Hydro har en førende position inden for ekstrudering, byggesystemer og præcisionsfremstillede rør og har over 50 års ekspertise inden for aluminiumprofiler.

I Danmark blev Hydro Extrusion etableret i 1975 og har hovedkontor og produktion i Tønder, hvor der er to produktionsområder; Ekstrudering og Bearbejdning.

Virksomheden beskæftiger ca. 280 medarbejdere, er økonomisk velfunderet og ønsker at investere i et fremtidigt stort vækstpotentiale.

Project Manager – Internal Sales

Kan du se dig selv arbejde med spændende projekter til de største tyske bilmærker? Har du teknisk flair og kan du formidle dette både internt og eksternt, så er dette job sikkert noget for dig.

Med reference til Sales Manager Automotive bliver du ansvarlig for egne projekter, som kan variere i størrelse og både være hele projekter eller som en del af større kundeprojekter.

Dine salgskollegaer i 'marken' håndterer typisk de indledende salgsprocesser, hvorefter projektet 'lander' i Tønder. Her vil du være ansvarlig for det team, der står for produkttilpasning og -optimering, kalkulationer og den endelige prisberegning til kunden, naturligvis i tæt samspil og dialog med kunden og dygtige kollegaer i organisationen.

Du får ikke et formelt ledelsesansvar eller individuelt salgsbudget, men din succes måles på, at du og dit team leverer gennemarbejdede tilbud tilpasset til de specifikke kundeønsker i den rette kvalitet og inden for den fastsatte deadline. Du bliver en del af en yderst professionel og kompetent salgsorganisation, der arbejder team- og projektbaseret, og hvor man gennem hele projektforløbet, som godt kan strække sig over flere måneder, sparrer og samarbejder i dagligt.

Du værdsætter struktur og planlægning og formår at bevare overblikket over et projekt, selv når det er langstrakt og møder udfordringer undervejs. Du deltager løbende i møder med kunder og kundeansvarlige kollegaer og evner at kommunikere tydeligt og præcist. Samtidig er du kunde- og løsningsorienteret med en god forståelse for, hvad der er muligt, og hvad der ikke kan lade sig gøre.

Du har sandsynligvis en teknisk uddannelse som ingeniør, produktionsteknolog eller maskinmester og en vis teknisk flair, hvis du da ikke allerede kender til maskin- eller metalbranchen. Du har en god systemforståelse og arbejder derfor effektivt med MS Office-pakken.

Vi ser, der kan være to veje ind i jobbet; enten har du erhvervet dig en solid projektledelseserfaring fra en eller flere produktionsvirksomheder og gerne fra ordreproducerende virksomheder med længerevarende projektforløb (3-9 måneder) ELLER også er du relativt nyuddannet og med lysten og talentet til at tilegne dig den viden og gøre dig de praktiske erfaringer, som skal til for at lykkes i jobbet.

Som person er du robust, kommunikerende og relationsskabende. Du er udadvendt, har gennemslagskraft og er god til at skabe overblik og struktur i samtlige faser i et projekt. Du evner at stille krav til dine omgivelser og få fulgt op, så der leveres på kvalitet, mål og plan.

Du behersker som minimum engelsk – i både skrift og tale – og kan du desuden tysk, så er dette en fordel. Du får din daglige gang på fabrikken i Tønder, hvorfor du har bopæl maksimalt inden for 60 minutters transport.
