Forestil dig at være en nøgleperson i en dynamisk sundheds-IT-organisation, hvor dit ansvar er at sikre en velfungerende Customer Success-afdeling med stabil drift og høj serviceoplevelse på tværs af alle vores produkter.
Som Manager for Customer Success får du en central rolle i at sikre, at vores kunder får den bedst mulige oplevelse med vores løsninger. Du vil stå i spidsen for et team, der arbejder med onboarding, rådgivning, e-learning, mersalg og proaktive initiativer for at sikre kundernes succes. Vi søger en eksekveringsstærk leder med et commercielt mindset, der kan drive vores strategisk vision til Customer Success og bidrage til at øge kundetilfredshed og retention.
Du vil stå i spidsen for 5 Team Managers, som har ansvaret for i alt 25 medarbejdere, der er fordelt på lokationer på tværs af Norge og Danmark. Customer Success er en del af vores Operations afdeling, og du vil blive en del af et mindre lederteam og referere til vores Head of Operations. Vi er en SaaS forretning og leverer software til sundhedsprofessionelle såsom almen praktiserende læger, speciallæger, sygehusafdelinger, lægevagt og andre private behandlere i Norge og Danmark. Afdelingen dækker en bred vifte af opgaver, herunder:
- Aftersales og kunderejse
- Leveranceplanlægning og onboarding
- E-learning og undervisning
- Konsulentservices og rådgivning

Som Manager for Customer Success teamet vil du få et stort ansvar for at lede vores team i Norge og Danmark, og vil fungere som bindeled mellem vores strategiske mål og den daglige drift, hvor din evne til at prioritere og lede er afgørende for afdelingens succes. Dette er en unik mulighed for at påvirke den retning vores Customer Success bevæger sig i.
Som Manager for vores Customer Success team vil dine ansvarsområder inkludere:
- Ledelse og udvikling af Customer Success-teamet, herunder medarbejderudvikling og trivsel.
- Sikre høj kundetilfredshed og retention gennem strukturerede Customer Success-tiltag.
- Optimere processer for onboarding, rådgivning og e-learning.
- Drive proaktive initiativer, der hjælper kunderne med at få maksimal værdi af vores løsninger.
- Koordinere og samarbejde med interne teams som salg, produktudvikling og leverance.
- Anvende data og analyser til at forbedre kundeoplevelsen og identificere optimeringsmuligheder.
- Analysere og følge op på KPI’er, herunder churn rate, kundetilfredshed og engagement.
- Identificere og drive initiativer til automatisering af gentagne standardopgaver for at forbedre effektiviteten.
Din opgave vil være at lede det samlede nordiske team i den rigtige retning udfra strategiske mål, samt at sikre ledelse og udvikling af hver enkelt medarbejder. Da medarbejderne er fordelt på lokationer i både Danmark og Norge skal du være indstillet på regelmæssige besøg til de forskellige afdelinger. Du vil få ansvaret for at sikre en velfungerende Customer Success-afdeling, hvor stabil drift og en høj serviceoplevelse for vores kunder på tværs af alle produkter er i fokus.
Du vil også løbende stå for rapportering, så vi har et klart overblik over produktperformance. Sidst, men ikke mindst, får du medansvar for at forankre vores vision og gøre den til en naturlig del af EG Healthcare.

Det vil være en fordel hvis du har erfaring med:
- Customer Success, onboarding eller revenue growth.
- Erfaring med ledelse, herunder team-udvikling og trivsel blandt medarbejdere.
- Erfaring med hybrid ledelse af teams på tværs af lokationer.
- Stærke kommunikationsevner og evne til at samarbejde på tværs af organisationen.
- En struktureret og analytisk tilgang til arbejdet, helst med erfaring i datadrevet beslutningstagning.
- Evnen til at drive forandringer og optimere processer.
- Flydende dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale.
