Job Description

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience providing 1st Level support in a Microsoft environment in a mid-sized organization with at least 200 users.
  2. C1 or higher English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  3. Strong communication skills and user-oriented mindset.
