The foundation of Novonesis represents a significant milestone in the Biosolutions industry – a company founded on the legacy of two leading Danish based players with complementary expertise and capabilities, poised to create synergies and drive innovation in the global market. As market leaders, we are committed to continue shaping the industry – and for that, we are looking for a new colleague to join our corporate strategy and integration team to contribute to the success of this exciting venture. In this role, you will co-create and support the execution of the corporate strategy development process in collaboration with key business partners and the strategy program lead, and thus be a key player in setting the company's direction.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Provide strategic and financial thought partnership, driving analyses and knowledge gathering to support decision-making in the Executive Leadership Teams.
  2. Co-create and support the execution of the corporate strategy development process in collaboration with key business partners and the strategy program lead.
  3. Manage the operationalization of the corporate strategy and monitor progress, including the development of strategic portfolio reviews and execution of change management initiatives.
  4. Drive cross-functional teams on projects of key strategic importance.
  5. Stay updated on industry- and peer dynamics that could impact strategic priorities.
  6. Contribute to a high-performance community across Novonesis Strategy and Integration functions.
  7. Engage and manage external advisors, including top-tier management consultancy firms.

Potentially relevant experience

The most crucial experience for succeeding as a strategy manager at Novonesis includes proven expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, project management, and cross-functional leadership. Additionally, a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, as well as a track record of operationalizing corporate strategies and driving impactful change, are crucial for success in this role at Novonesis.

  • Advanced degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • The ability to thrive in a complex environment and keep focus on important tasks, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A results-oriented and pragmatic approach, combined with the ability to create a community of trust and inspiration, will be essential for success in this role.
