Develco Products is a fast-growing, international IoT company that offers an exciting challenge for tech-savvy sales professionals. As International Sales Manager, you will lead the company's sales activities in Scandinavia and selected international markets.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in technical B2B solution sales, preferably within the IT or IoT industry. You should be comfortable working with large and small companies and possess excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for further developing the existing customer portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and executing on agreed sales and marketing strategies.

As a skilled negotiator, you can close deals and contracts for high-volume products for large customers without compromising profitability. Additionally, you are an outgoing, driven, and commercially-minded individual.

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  1. Tech-savvy with sales as a core competence and passion
  2. Ability to open new doors and develop valuable relationships
  3. Proactive with a strong drive and a positive attitude
  4. Strong collaboration and communication skills
  5. Structured and able to execute in a dynamic environment
  6. You are a self-starter and equally comfortable working alone and in a dynamic team
  7. Commercial or technical education with an advanced interest in IT/electronics products
  8. Fluent in English and good command of Danish/other Scandinavian language. German is a plus.
