Your daily tasks at OB will include:
  1. Acting as the voice of Organic Basics on the front lines, delivering best-in-class, delightful customer experiences via phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Assist customers with order or product inquiries, sizing guidance, and after-sales support.
  3. Contributing to the improvement of the online customer experience.
  4. Solving logistics issues and daily communication with our warehouse.
  5. Representing the voice of the customer within OB by categorizing insights into relevant data points, and educating internally about the customer insights.
  6. Ad-hoc CX tasks.
Your strengths:
  1. Previous CX, retail or service experience is a plus.
  2. Great problem-solving skills while being customer-oriented, and sales focused.
  3. Reliable, people-smart and exceptionally friendly.
  4. Tech-savvy, a fast learner and a team-player.
  5. Helping customers gives you personal satisfaction and joy.
  6. Dedicated work ethic, and efficient at managing your workload.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  8. You speak and write fluent English, any other language is a plus.
  9. You’re passionate about our planet and want to help create the change you would like to see in the world.
