Med 41 års erfaring opererer Nordic Well Group i 8 markeder og repræsenterer 10 forskellige brands. Vi har kontorer i Danmark, Norge og Finland, med hovedsæder i Esbjerg, Ruds Vedby og indre København. Blandt vores brands er Wellvita, Mezina og Fitness Pharma. Vi sælger både direkte til forbrugere (B2C) og til virksomheder (B2B).
Vi er i øjeblikket ved at skifte navn fra Wellvita Group til Nordic Well Group, da denne ændring er helt ny.

I denne rolle vil du få ansvaret for at drive og udvikle vores digitale kundekommunikation og sikre, at vi skaber værdi for vores kunder på tværs af brands og markeder.
Stillingen er i første omgang tidsbegrænset til 6 måneder, da vi ønsker at evaluere behovet og opgaverne i takt med virksomhedens udvikling. Der er dog mulighed for forlængelse.
Som Retention & CRM Manager bliver det din opgave at forstå, hvem vores kunder er, og hvordan vi bedst skaber værdi for dem gennem enestående kundeoplevelser. Du skal bruge data til at kortlægge kunderejser, optimere kommunikationsstrategier og sikre, at vores kunder føler sig set og værdsat – og vigtigst af alt, at de får lyst til at blive hos os.
Primære Ansvarsområder
- Design og implementering af kunderejser med fokus på at optimere kundeoplevelsen og øge retention.
- Kortlægning og analyse af kunderejser for at identificere forbedringsmuligheder.
- Teknisk opsætning og vedligeholdelse af e-mail flows og automatisering.
- Udvikling og eksekvering af CRM-strategier, der styrker kundeloyalitet.
- Analyse af kundedata for at optimere kommunikationsstrategier og sikre en datadrevet tilgang.
- Forbedring af UX på digitale touchpoints for at skabe en sammenhængende og engagerende kundeoplevelse.
- Segmentering af målgrupper og udvikling af strategier for at forbinde med kunder gennem en fuld funnel-strategi.
- Dataanalyse og rapportering af kundeadfærd og markedstendenser.
Din Profil
- Relevant videregående uddannelse inden for digital markedsføring, e-handel eller lignende.
- Minimum 2 års erfaring med CRM-systemer og dokumenteret erfaring med at arbejde med kunderejser.
- Stærke tekniske færdigheder og erfaring med marketing automation.
- Analytisk tankegang med fokus på datadrevet arbejde.
- Erfaring med UX og digital kommunikation.
- Struktureret, målrettet og proaktiv.
- Erfaring med segmentering af målgrupper og fuld funnel-strategier.
- Trives i et dynamisk miljø med flere projekter.
- Det er et stort plus, hvis du har erfaring med abonnementsforretninger og forståelse for, hvordan man skaber værdi og loyalitet i en abonnementsbaseret kunderejse.
