Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Danish speaking Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our growth journey, you will work closely with our customers in fields like consulting and technology, developing skills in complex B2B sales and contributing to building the VAEKST culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities via email, phone, and LinkedIn to create business opportunities for our customers in the Nordics.
  • Manage your own sales pipelines and drive customer success through regular reports and status meetings.
  • Identify best practices to develop our internal processes and contribute to building the VAEKST culture.
  • Work with CRM systems and AI-tools to track customer interactions and relevant information.

Performance Objectives

  • Sales: Conduct a minimum of 300 outreach activities in fluent Danish per week, leading to the generation of at least 60 new leads and 15 high-quality business opportunities per month.
  • Data: Accurately log all customer interactions and relevant information in Hubspot after each engagement.
  • Customer Communication: Develop and demonstrate proactive communication skills by joining check-ins with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide updates on outreach efforts.
  • Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset by identifying and resolving significant customer challenges.
  • Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and demonstrating a commitment to the company's values and goals.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
