Student Assistant Opportunities in Communication, Marketing, and Training

The Student Assistant role at Novo Nordisk is a fantastic way to develop valuable skills, build professional relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization. To be eligible for this position, you should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Training, or HR, with at least 12 months remaining in your studies. Fluency in English is mandatory, and your CV should be submitted in English.
The Student Assistant role is between 8 – 20 hours per week, with most positions requiring 10 – 15 hours, mostly on-site. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study.
The following are some of the key responsibilities associated with this role:
- Communication: Assist in creating and disseminating internal communications, such as newsletters and announcements.
- Project Management: Support project leaders in coordinating and executing projects related to communication, marketing, and training.
- Training and Learning: Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to enhance the knowledge and skills of colleagues.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to managers and team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Marketing: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as social media posts and advertisements.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruiting and assessing potential candidates for various roles within the company.
