We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the Netherlands.

About the Role

This role involves developing and growing the Sales activity of Nine United in Holland, working closely with local team members and the office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and experience in the design industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a coherent Sales strategy in close collaboration with the respective Brands HQs and Nine United France & Benelux Management.
  • Establish and apply an impactful Sales Strategy, conduct constructive exchanges with key stakeholders, and participate in quarterly meetings and forecasts.
  • Manage local key accounts, introduce and report defined Brand approaches, and ensure the local team is continuously informed.
  • Stay close to the local market to build strong knowledge and expertise of its opportunities and needs.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Design Industry with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiasm to interact with clients, interest in design, products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with the nature of a Sales Manager role, independent, sales-driven, and able to balance back office needs and proactive tasks.
