Actona Group A/S is a dynamic and ambitious player in the global furniture industry, driven by acceleration and customer-centricity with a strong presence across five production sites, encompassing the brands SITS and Flexlux.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead sales growth for our Upholstery brands SITS and Flexlux in the DACH region. As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales expansion, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in both the niche and mass market.

You will utilize your expertise to create tailored solutions for our customers and contribute to the process surrounding White label production. In these processes, you will effectively manage internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by targeting and developing relationships with customers in the DACH upholstery market.
  • Develop and execute local sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for the SITS and Flexlux brands.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and supply chain teams, to align initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage White Label solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and events to promote products and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
