AskCody is seeking a Head of Sales to lead our efforts in the Nordics market. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue from our strategic customer segment, Large Corporate Offices, Financial and Professional Services firms (500-5000 employees).
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS solutions and cloud technology, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, and will be expected to collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales processes and customer experiences.
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
