As a Sales Manager at CVX Ventures, you will be responsible for leading our Danish division in Copenhagen toward continued growth and success. You will develop and implement your sales strategy, build out the lead marketing machine, drive sales, and hit revenue targets.

**Your Mission**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the ability to build trust and connection with people. You should be extremely driven, hands-on, and able to inspire a high-performing team.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement your sales strategy
  • Build out the lead marketing machine
  • Drive sales and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Hire, develop, and lead a top-notch sales team once certain sales targets are reached
  • Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organization
  • Follow KPIs and develop action plans to improve results
  • Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with other managers
  • Report into the CEO

**What We Expect from You**

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments. You should possess a natural ability to sell, demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets, a high work ethic, exceptional drive, a proactive approach, people-oriented skills, and outstanding analytical problem-solving abilities.

We prefer candidates fluent in Danish and English with a network in the Danish start-up ecosystem. As our Sales Manager, you will become part of a company with high team spirit and ambitious colleagues. You will develop your skills and leadership abilities through projects and coaching within the Scandinavian venture environment.
