To lead this strategic initiative, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Director for Professional Markets who can build and execute a comprehensive B2B market entry strategy.

That's where you come in. As our Sales Director for Professional Markets, you'll be the mastermind of Klar's B2B expansion . You'll draft the strategy, build the framework, and lead the execution, ensuring Klar becomes the cornerstone supplier for industry professionals.

  1. Build Klar's B2B empire – execute our professional market entry strategy across Klar's key markets (Denmark, Norway & Sweden)
  2. Roll out Klar's direct sales services for small and medium-sized resellers
  3. Develop rock-solid relationships with key decision-makers in contractor networks, enterprise clients, and large projects
  4. Lead regional Head of Sales across Scandinavia and Germany - for now 1 in Denmark - when time we want to expand
  5. Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure regional team commitment
  6. Implement performance metrics and establish initial sales targets for new segments
  7. Set ambitious sales targets and keep the momentum going.
  8. Craft segment-specific sales approaches to break down barriers to entry
  9. Establish Klar's credibility in new professional market segments: Make Klar the name professionals trust for quality, value, and innovation

For you to be a success in Klar, you'll need to have the following skills:

  • Deep understanding of construction industry buying cycles and decision-making processes
  • Proven experience leading multiple regional sales teams in B2B environments - preferably within relatable industries.
  • Experience managing diverse regional market approaches within a unified strategy
  • Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated success in similar market challenges
