Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Human Rights, Reporting and Responsible Sourcing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our annual sustainability reporting and ensuring compliance with EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with sustainability reporting, strong knowledge of CSRD, and a proven track record of driving Double Materiality Assessments in large organizations. You will work closely with finance, communication, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent collaboration and engagement skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively. If you have a passion for sustainability and a drive to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality sustainability reports that meet CSRD requirements
  • Lead the Double Materiality Assessment process across sustainability topics
  • Liaise with finance, communication, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Support creation of the sustainability narrative for annual reporting and Modern Slavery reporting
