Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our Office Manager, ensuring seamless office operations and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining office inventory.
  2. Office Maintenance: Assist with upkeep and maintenance of common areas, such as meeting rooms and kitchen.
  3. Travel Arrangements: Ensure that corporate travel is booked following company guidelines.
  4. Event Organization: Assist in organizing team events, including company dinners and office receptions.
  5. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other ad-hoc administration functions as required by management and support employees.
