We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Sales Manager at ag analytics, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion in the Finnish market.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to win Finland and drive sales growth. This includes building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, managing sales leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective lead generation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our commercial team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth, and contribute to the success of our company.

You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and identifying new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you should be fluent in Finnish and have a deep understanding of the local market.

Requirements:
  • Commercial background and experience in tech sales
  • Strong desire to be in tech sales and excellent relationship building skills
  • Stellar communication skills and experience talking to C-Level executives
  • Experience being held to metrics (quota carrying)
  • Experience with building and maintaining a go-to-market strategy and plan
  • Experience with building and managing your own pipeline
  • Ability to execute your plan with email campaigns, social media, telemarketing, white papers, and similar
  • Experience with social selling, holding sales meetings, and webinars
  • Demonstrated client relationship management capabilities
  • Proven commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in Finnish
Salary:

DKK 150,000 - 200,000 per year, depending on experience
