As a Partner Account Manager at Ardoq, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, managing, and accelerating partner relationships that align with our Company Sales strategy. You will foster synergies with Customers and Partners across Europe, delivering value and growth. Additionally, you will accelerate sales growth by working with Partners to exceed quota.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and onboard Partners, ensuring seamless integration throughout the Partnership lifecycle
- Take ownership of target achievement daily, driving success through proactive decision-making
- Perform multi-threading and outbound activities to build a robust revenue pipeline
- Stay up-to-date with the latest company, product, and process developments, integrating them into outbound lead generation efforts
- Capture and manage information, data, and metrics in our CRM system (Salesforce) and Clari for forecasting and pipeline reviews
- Collaborate closely with other Ardoq functions, including solution specialists, marketing, legal, and revenue operations
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations highlighting Ardoq's competitive advantages and superior Return on Investment for prospects, clients, and partners
- Coach colleagues for success in working with Partners
- Consult with CIOs, IT executives, and Enterprise Architects on transformation strategies maximizing the value delivered by Ardoq
- Work with the Regional Sales VP as part of onboarding and ongoing peer delivery of Sales success across the Region
- 5-10 years of experience in business development or Partner Sales capacity, ideally in a SaaS, Cloud, or DevOps sales organization
- Experience hitting targets in previous roles with and through Partners
- Success in generating sales opportunities from engagements with Partners, developing Partner-Influenced and Partner-Sourced qualified pipeline
- Ability to quickly understand and apply complex concepts
- Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Knowledge aligning technology with business and strategy requirements that Clients have
- Experience building good relationships from a CXO level through to Field Sales internally and externally
- Comprehensive sales skills to coach Ardoq sales teams when working on opportunities
- Understanding of how to engineer a complex deal and think outside the box to provide the highest value to our customers
- High level of teachability and awareness of the need to continue learning to guarantee success
- A strong external network and credibility/trusted advisor status with Partners and across the peer community
