Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Customer Development team in Copenhagen. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and development through effective commercial strategies and execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing commercial strategies to drive customer growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer strategies
- Managing customer budgets and forecasting to ensure accurate revenue projections
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform commercial strategies
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and development through effective commercial strategies
