Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and helping us achieve our growth goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and researching potential leads through various channels, including email, social media, and cold calls.
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on their needs and budget, ensuring they align with our solutions.
  • Initiating contact with prospects, following up on leads, and scheduling online or face-to-face meetings for Solution Experts.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and activity records in our CRM system Hubspot.
  • Participating in events that contribute to increasing our visibility within the Nordics.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Staying up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
