Job Description:

You will leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce to optimize our CRM platform, enhancing customer engagement and streamlining internal processes. Your technical insight and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in developing solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Be part of a growing team in a growing Salesforce ecosystem as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of Salesforce product implementation.
  • Apply declarative change solutions to project delivery work.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
  • Provide technical support for escalated user and production issues.
  • Provide mentoring & coaching to more junior Administrators for skills development.
  • Create a collaborative and inclusive team environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Deploying change via CI/CD.
  • Maintain Trustpilot system auditing evidence and documentation.
  • Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation tools within Salesforce.
  • Evaluate, install, and configure third-party applications from the AppExchange marketplace.
Requirements:
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer 1.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Advanced problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of APEX, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, and Visual Force PageDevelopment.
  • Experience in Experience Cloud, Einstein and AI Chat Bots.
