Talent Acquisition Excellence in North America

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts in North America. As the Head of Recruitment Operations, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to attract and retain top talent across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for North America, aligning with global objectives and regional specificities.
  • Lead a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with global talent acquisition teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement innovative recruitment processes and technologies to enhance candidate experience and streamline hiring workflows.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment function, promoting a culture of belonging and respect.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on talent acquisition trends, best practices, and industry developments.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure recruitment operations are optimized and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably in a global matrix setting.
  • Proven track record of driving recruitment excellence, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to consult with senior leaders, negotiate contracts, and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with recruitment technologies, processes, and strategies to attract and retain top talent.
