Senior Sustainability Reporting Manager

As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our annual reporting and beyond. You will work closely with a team of highly engaged sustainability professionals and collaborate across the organization on all relevant sustainability topics.
This role requires a strong understanding of sustainability reporting, including experience with Double Materiality Assessments and CSRD. You will be responsible for leading the Double Materiality Assessment process across sustainability topics, working closely with Finance and Communication to ensure compliance with CSRD and ESRS.
You will also support the creation of the sustainability narrative for Annual Reporting and Modern Slavery reporting, working closely with Communication and subject matter experts in the Sustainability team. Additionally, you will work across the sustainability workstreams in the organization to define external sustainability measurement and demonstrate the impact of our efforts.
As a second part of the role, you will respond to growing requests from our key customers related to sustainability, collating relevant information and data, conveying responses that deliver the needed information while ensuring relevant context, and liaising with our communications and commercial colleagues to deliver high-quality responses.
Requirements- Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration or similar relevant area or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications in Program management or similar
- Strong knowledge on CSRD
- Extensive experience in working with Sustainability Reporting including strong communication skills
- Experience with driving Double Materiality Assessments in large organizations
- Proven track record of a detailed and well-organized approach
- A good eye for the details, while being able to keep track of the bigger picture
- Strong insights in various sustainability domains
